Kama Ayurveda was running their online store on Magento 2.2 and was doing decent online revenues, however it was time for them to scale. The mobile design was outdated along with the product browsing feature. The checkout process needed to be more user friendly with minimum clicks to complete the transaction. The coupon mechanism and the integration of payment partners and delivery aggregator was not seamless and required access to multiple dashboards
We proposed to upgrade the website to the latest version of Magento 2.3.2 with more comprehensive features. Options for a user to choose product between “by category” or “by concern” was introduced. Just arrived section to be highlighted.
Collectively we agreed to launch a separate mobile UI/UX which would work from the same admin panel.
